Event No. 2 The very first art-donation-stamp of Wedding Wedding sticks! We don't have to wait for others. We can act for ourselves, to improve our lives and our living conditions. This is the main reason we have created the very first art-donation stamps of Wedding. They are designed to privately promote art and culture. One purpose is to give people a sign, that there are more creative and inventive people in the neighborhood than usually are recognized. The stamps are also a tool for spreading our message, to show that we are here. Revenues collected from sponsors will be used for events and also for the paint, tools, and other materials needed to produce works of art. Our primary purpose will be to support the children of the Wedding neighborhood. We have already begun to give workshops to teach our children about art. We need not wait for subsidies, we can act on our own. This is a private initiative. We will see to the production, logistics and merchandizing of the stamps, with no bureaucracy. We decide how the earned funds are spent, directly and spontaneously. We are assuming all responsibility, and our personal reputations are at stake. We are bringing art directly into the everyday life of Wedding. We are tolerant, open-minded, and welcome any who wish to join us in this effort. "The Enigmatists" Show me the stamps! |
